Order form

Please complete & print an order form for each batch of fleeces (greyscale is fine).

If you are sending multiple fleeces & would like them all processed to the same weight of yarn & package then one form will be sufficient. Please use the large white box to provide us with any specific instructions & use the reverse if you need more space (eg keep all fleeces separate, keep all whites with whites, keep all years separate, blend Bonny & Bailey etc.)

To complete the form:

• Click the download button below the form.
  • You can print & fill it in by hand, or
  • Complete it online, then download and sign it.
• Place the signed form in your box with your fleeces.

Tips:

• Use the ‘+’ button to zoom in if needed.
• Click the square boxes to tick your choices — click again to untick.

Please send your order form WITH your fleeces in a secure box. We are unable to process without a completed form.
